Refunds are issued for the value of the item(s) returned, not including original shipping costs.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (e.g., wrapping bag or box).
Shipping Responsibility:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A valid tracking number must be provided for proof of return.
L’Simone Spiritual Collection is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
