Payment & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any supplies are ordered and work begins.
The remaining 50% is due prior to shipping or delivery.
A custom quote will be provided via PayPal, and a photo of the finished piece will be sent with the final invoice.
Alterations
Any major changes requested after the piece is completed may require an additional fee.
Gemstone & Design Requests
If you see a stock design but would like a different gemstone or color, please reach out before placing your order.
Prices may vary if gemstones or semi-precious stones must be special ordered.
Processing Time
Please allow 10–12 business days for custom work. If specialty items must be ordered from our vendors, additional time may be needed.
We strive to complete all orders in a timely and careful manner, while ensuring quality and intention remain at the center of every piece.
Refunds
Custom handmade orders are non-refundable. Throughout the process, we maintain communication via email and share progress photos to ensure your vision is honored.
